|Consult||Account Paid in Full|
There may be an extra charge for vaccines, injections, dressing or any additional procedures you may have. Please check with reception regarding these charges.
Monday to Friday
Two options are available:
- Paying in full on the day gives you a $10 discount. Medicare will refund all but the out of pocket gap. We are able to process your Medicare claim online, if you choose or you can go to a Medicare office to obtain your rebate.
- If you do not pay the full amount on the day, we will process your Medicare claim online for you. You will receive a cheque from Medicare, made payable to the doctor, which we ask you to forward to us with the outstanding gap as soon as you receive it. Not paying the full amount on the day adds $10 to the consultation fee.
An additional charge of $5 will apply for appointments on a Saturday.
All patients will be charged a Private Fee (except Children under 16 years).
Children (under 16 years):
Children under 16 years will be Bulk Billed.
Aged Pensioners will be Bulk Billed from Monday to Saturday. You must present your card at every visit.
Gold Card Repatriation (DVA)
Gold Card Repatriation patients will be Bulk Billed from Monday to Saturday. You must present your card at every visit.
Disability Pensioners will be Bulk Billed from Monday to Saturday. You must present your card at every visit.
Concession Card Holders
All Concession Card Holders (apart from Aged and Disability Pensioners) are Privately Billed at a reduced rate Monday to Saturday.
Due to the often high demand for appointments, the practice has implemented a fee for a repetitive non-attendance at appointments. This is to encourage diligence in cancelling appointments you no longer require.
